Pet Photos with Santa at Scott's Nursery

Santa and his friends from the North Pole will be at Scott’s Nursery on November 23rd from 10 am to 2 pm.

Everyone is invited to come have their picture taken with this popular guy. His Mrs and friends will be there too so bring your family to meet the Claus clan!

Photos are done by monetary donation and they will be emailed to you via the email address you provide at registration.

Our spring microchip clinic will be held on May 14th, 2024 from 6pm to 8pm with Dr Erin Grant from Oromocto Veterinary Hospital.

Please join us at the shelter at 111 D"Amours St, Oromocto and make sure that your beloved pet has a permanent form of identification to help them get home quickly if found!

No appointment necessary. $40 per pet.

Join us at the shelter on October 17th, 2023 from 6:30pm to 8pm and get your pet microchipped! Dr Erin Grant from Oromocto Veterinary Hospital will be on site to provide the microchipping.
$40 per pet
No appointment necessary.
There is no better way to ensure that if your pet is lost and found by a good Samaritan, animal control or rescue group, you will be reunited quickly!

Attention ALL KIDS! We need your help!

We're having a drawing contest and the winning drawings will be featured on our new t-shirts!

We're looking for separate drawings of a cat and a dog...which means you can enter twice.

Here are the rules...

1. All drawings must be done on white paper with a black marker. No colored markers allowed.

2. You can enter one drawing of a cat and one drawing of a dog.

3. All entries must be physically brought into the shelter by 5pm on August 1st, 2023.

4. All drawings become the property of the Oromocto and Area SPCA.

5. To enter, you must be 18 years old or under.

6. Winners get 1 free t shirt.

We can't wait to see your entries!

Join us for our spring microchip clinic held at the Oromocto and Area SPCA on May 16th from 6pm to 7:30pm.

The NBSPCA and local Animal Shelters are separate, independent entities, each with their unique role, that together help to improve the lives of animals across NB.

Supporting the NBSPCA & Animal Shelter’s 50/50 Raffle makes supporting the humane treatment of animals in New Brunswick EASY. This raffle guarantees a BIG WINNER every draw – WEEKLY. Ticket buyers are free to direct their monetary contribution to the specific animal welfare charity of their choice. This joint effort aims at raising awareness to animal welfare and protection issues while raising funds for the NBSPCA and participating Animal Shelters’ operations.
